Scottech operates a service centre within it's Hamilton branch. The repair workshop is staffed with experienced personnel who have a wide range of experience at their disposal ensuring a fast and efficient repair service for customers. With calibrations calibration certificates are provided on return of your equipment.
Goods should be sent to our Hamilton location. Print out the Return Merchandise Authorisation Form (RMA Form), and fill in any details of the fault encountered and your contact details. It is essential that you include this form with the goods when you ship them, to ensure efficient processing of your repair / replacement.
